Description

You will own the design and delivery of digital products from concept through iteration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to shape design strategies.
• Translate research into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs.
• Design intuitive product experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Validate solutions using usability testing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product design or a related UX/UI role.
• Proficiency in Figma and Mural.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user workflows and prototypes.
• Experience in defining design strategies based on user research.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital commerce, fintech, or SaaS products.
• Strong problem-solving skills balancing user needs with business constraints.
