Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly UI/UX for complex enterprise workflows and web applications.
• Create high-fidelity, developer-ready designs for web-based products.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design patterns.
• Design dashboards, tables, charts, and data visualizations for complex data.
• Conduct user research and usability testing and improve designs based on feedback.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Maintain consistent typography, layouts, interactions, and visual design across the product.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Experience Required:

• 7 - 12 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong experience designing enterprise SaaS products and complex workflows.
• Good understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Strong experience working with frontend engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and design systems is preferred.
