Description

Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for food manufacturing, from concept through pilot trials to commercialization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development initiatives with a focus on biscuit, bakery, or snacking categories.
• Manage pilot plant and factory trials, including ingredient troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards throughout production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product commercialization and launch timelines.
• Apply deep knowledge of ingredient functionality and food processing techniques.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing or product development.
• Experience in the biscuit, bakery, or snacking industry.
• Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and food processing.
• Proven experience leading pilot plant and factory trials.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Food Science.
• Experience in ingredient troubleshooting during production trials.
