Description

You will develop and commercialize food products, primarily within the biscuit, bakery, and snacking sectors. You own the product lifecycle from concept through pilot plant trials to full-scale factory production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from initial formulation to commercialization.
• Conduct and oversee pilot plant and factory trials, troubleshooting ingredient and processing issues.
• Apply deep knowledge of ingredient functionality and food processing technologies.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards.
• Manage project timelines and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product launches.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing or product development.
• Proven experience in biscuit, bakery, or snacking industry product development.
• Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and product commercialization.
• Experience leading trials and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP regulations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Food Science or related field.
• Extensive experience with large-scale factory trials and scale-up processes.
