Description

You will own product development activities within a manufacturing context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new and existing ingredients.
• Finalize recipes and guide them through the sensory approval process.
• Apply knowledge of food and industry trends to development planning.
• Troubleshoot product issues with Production and Maintenance teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments.
• Advanced understanding of applicable government regulations, GMPs, and allergens.
• High-level understanding of ingredients and formula portfolios.
• Experience developing and finalizing recipes.
• Understanding of new product requirements and manufacturing equipment.
