Description

You manage physical product color benchmarks, shade lineups, and sample logistics to ensure visual accuracy across cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Present shade lineups and benchmarks to management, marketing, and partners to prevent digital color discrepancies.
• Conduct color matching for projects, managing multiple sample iterations and physical storage.
• Execute shade approvals (MPLs and PPAs) for management and marketing review.
• Present product projects in person to the Brand President and SVP of Marketing for feedback.
• Coordinate shipment receiving and sending to vendors and manage sample distribution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in product development or a related administrative role.
• Direct experience with shade approval processes.
• Proficiency in MPLs and PPAs.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Ability to manage physical sample inventories and logistics.
• Experience presenting product details to executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating cross-functional meetings with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with physical product manufacturing workflows.
