Description

You will lead process and IT technology transformation initiatives through strategic consulting and subject matter expertise.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best-of-breed process and technology solutions to drive business value.
• Lead and shape solution approaches, designs, and large-scale transformation engagements.
• Provide program management leadership and oversight for complex client projects.
• Execute delivery governance and ensure project alignment with client business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development or consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with PLM tools such as Windchill, Teamcenter, SAP PLM, or Enovia.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing value chain processes and industry trends.
• Technical proficiency in CAD, engineering tools, or enterprise systems like ERP.
• Experience with BoM Management and Configuration Management.
• Proficiency in formal project management techniques including budgeting, planning, and risk management.
• Ability to manage product analytics, including reliability testing and market analysis.
• Experience in the continuous manufacturing industry.

Preferred Skills

• Background in product performance and reliability testing analytics.
