Description

You will support the Digital, Tools & Training team by managing organizational operations, communication workflows, and digital assets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the revamp of the Global Development website to align with the new organizational structure and optimize user experience.
• Develop and execute communication strategies, including the creation and distribution of monthly website emails.
• Manage joint email accounts for GDM and PC101, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Organize schedules, documents, meetings, and resources to maintain smooth operational workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience managing website updates and user experience improvements.
• Strong organizational skills for document and resource management.
• Effective written communication for email marketing and stakeholder correspondence.
• Ability to resolve technical or administrative inquiries via shared email accounts.
