Description

Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, designing and developing new products to meet technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design products using 3D CAD software and FEA tools to create conceptual models.
• Manage projects and lead design reviews to ensure timely completion and successful launches.
• Direct cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development process.
• Investigate and implement design changes to improve quality and production economics.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis for failures.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in product development.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software.
• Experience using FEA tools.
• Proven project management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in highly regulated industries.
