Product Development Engineer

Manage product lifecycles and component data integrity within PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Clean, migrate, create, and review BOMs and components using Arena and Agile.
• Manage product and component change requests including PCN, ECO, MCO, and DEV.
• Provide disposition to cross-functional teams for all change requests.
• Support Engineering and Supply Chain teams with component selection and second-source identification.
• Analyze field failures and returns to develop corrective actions with Engineering and Manufacturing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development or engineering support.
• Proficiency with Arena PLM.
• Proficiency with Agile PLM.
• Experience with BOM setup and management.
• Experience managing PCN, ECO, MCO, and DEV workflows.
• Ability to perform component selection and second-source analysis.
• Experience with failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
