Description

You will own the product development lifecycle for payments products, leading the engineering stream and managing critical risks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and classify critical product risks, developing mitigation plans for each.
• Design and implement backup plans to reduce or eliminate risk recurrence.
• Review critical functional and technical dependencies within the product.
• Monitor product gaps and escalate issues appropriately to stakeholders.
• Lead the product engineering stream for payment products.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in product roles.
• Strong technical and functional background in Payments products.
• Experience managing product development work.
• Product Engineering and Product Development expertise.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders within the product engineering group.
• Prior exposure to customer-facing roles or prospect interactions.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
