Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or communication.
• Expertise in software documentation and technical documentation processes.
• Proficiency in technical communication and conveying complex concepts.
• Experience creating online help and user manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with content management systems.
