You will design, optimize, and implement prompt strategies for generative AI models to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI models to ensure accurate, context-aware outputs.
• Create reusable prompt libraries and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
• Define best practices for prompt engineering across teams, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects to embed AI-driven workflows into CRM processes using Salesforce Einstein and Agent force.
• Lead and mentor team members while managing stakeholder relationships for AI initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AI-driven solutions and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Proven experience leveraging Salesforce Einstein and Agent force.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, AWS, and Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado and Antirabbit.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder roles.
• Experience defining and enforcing AI Enablement Governance.
