You will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical execution to drive product evolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize engineering work by balancing stakeholder requirements and customer needs.
• Break down business features into platform features and actionable stories for scrum teams.
• Lead the feature and story backlog, making difficult trade-offs to remove team roadblocks.
• Analyze data schemas and run analytics to enable data-driven product decisions.
• Interact directly with customers to identify gaps, opportunities, and problem-solving requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically building enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing JSON and XML request/response payloads.
• Strong understanding of how APIs function and how to leverage data schemas.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical stories.
• Proven track record of negotiating feature priorities with various stakeholders.
• Experience evangelizing products both internally and externally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data-driven product decision-making.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder negotiation.
