Description

You will drive the development and strategy for browser-based online banking platforms and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing the product backlog.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Collaborate with UX design to create prototypes, user-interface mock-ups, and product flows.
• Execute iterative delivery plans and manage products through various launch and release phases.
• Influence product strategy and manage the day-to-day roadmap for digital banking products.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of experience in product development or product management within retail banking.
• At least two years of software development experience, specifically building customer-facing digital products.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar platforms for digital product construction.
• Deep expertise in user experience for mobile apps and service-delivery platforms.
• Strong understanding of consumer banking products including checking, savings, personal loans, credit cards, and money movement.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience leveraging cognitive computing technologies to enhance product responsiveness.
• Ability to author technical collateral, presentations, and white papers for executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and UX Design.
