Description

You will manage product design and development cycles using applied engineering principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects using established project management practices.
• Perform root cause and failure analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo.
• Manage part release processes and documentation workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles.
• Experience with diesel engine design and performance.
• Proficiency in Creo for computer-aided design (CAD).
• Demonstrated skills in failure analysis and diagnostic problem-solving.
• Practical knowledge of GD&T applied to design specifications.
• Experience with part release and workflow management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong technical documentation and organization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
