Description

You will manage end-to-end software delivery while leading and mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects to meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor and guide engineering and project management teams, establishing tailored development plans.
• Champion customer-centric approaches, actively seeking client feedback to refine product offerings.
• Establish and track KPIs for project success, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic planning, aligning engineering projects with broader business objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering and project management.
• 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated leadership role.
• Strong understanding and implementation of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in complex technical development concepts, system design, and database concepts.
• Deep working experience in at least one Cloud Platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent understanding of DevOps, including implementing and reporting Engineering Metrics.
• Proven track record managing software projects from inception through delivery.
• Experience working with Client Architects or Sr Enterprise Architects on solution proposals.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
