You will lead technical efforts and solve complex problems within HR business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional teams or projects to solve complex technical problems.
• Provide subject matter guidance to team members on technical processes and procedures.
• Facilitate work activities and coordinate tasks across different functional areas.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and methods.
• Work autonomously to complete assignments and manage technical workflows.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with enterprise HR business applications, specifically SAP Payroll.
• 4+ years of experience with HRIS business processes and integration tools.
• Expertise in ABAP development.
• Experience developing, configuring, and using APIs.
• 2+ years of experience with PCC, Fiori configuration, and Webservice.
• Working knowledge of XML.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree with a technical emphasis or equivalent experience.
