You will lead technical production support for retail POS systems and manage critical incident response.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical production support for Retail POS systems.
• Manage incident management processes, monitoring, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Drive API development and integration efforts.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution within production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage priorities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a technical production support lead role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Expertise in API development and integration.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk.
• Proficiency with Retail ERP integrations.
• Experience with PredictSpring or other Cloud POS solutions.
• Knowledge of the Rust programming language.
• Experience with Oracle POS.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple priorities under pressure in retail environments.
