Description

You will manage the implementation of B2B technology solutions for fintech and SaaS clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement API and SFTP B2B technology solutions for clients.
• Translate technical specifications into simplified documentation or deep technical dives depending on the audience.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from requirement solicitation through to execution.
• Drive stakeholder advocacy and influence internal and external teams to meet project plans.
• Coordinate between client management, customer service, technical resources, and product managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, sales engineering, or customer support.
• Hands-on experience with API and SFTP integrations.
• Proven track record in project management using formal or informal methodologies.
• Ability to build project plans and execute against defined requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both business leads and technical resources.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex B2B technology solutions.
• Background in managing long-term client implementations.
