You bridge clients, subject matter experts, and IT teams to deliver software solutions. You lead projects, translating business needs into technical specifications and managing delivery strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as a liaison between clients, SMEs, and IT departments including Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Release Management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including database and table structure analysis, risks, and assumptions.
• Support legacy applications by analyzing roadmaps and utilizing user stories to support core processes.
• Collaborate with System Architects and Developers to create and maintain concise technical documentation.
• Apply SDLC methodology to enforce process standards and establish delivery strategies for technology and process changes.

Required Skills

• 9 to 14 years of related experience in business and technical problem formulation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of application programming, database, system design, and web-based or client/server architectures.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with SDLC processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation.
