You will own the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and product lifecycles, ensuring technology programs align with business strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT delivery, including design, build, testing, cutover, and deployment readiness.
• Serve as Technology Service Owner to ensure service resilience, production stability, and proactive problem management.
• Coordinate portfolio and product management activities for Payroll, Time, and Benefits systems.
• Oversee IT governance, including risk management, compliance with IT controls, and third-party security reviews.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocations, software delivery capitalization, and vendor invoices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in product or project management.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience with SuccessFactors functional and system processes.
• Proven experience delivering transformation projects within banking environments.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (JSON, XML, SFTP, SOAP).
• Proficiency in SQL for analyzing Payroll and HR data.
• Experience managing vendor relationships for Payroll and Time outsourcing integrations.
• Strong understanding of Incident and Problem Management.
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation, and data quality processes.
• Familiarity with Payroll processes including runs, tax calculations, and payment processing.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding or experience with Benefits integration.
