Description

Lead acquisition responsibilities for the Army PMOSE contract, managing cost, schedule, and performance for product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks related to product cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
• Create and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Defense Acquisition System milestone events.
• Develop risk management strategies and mitigation plans for acquisition and development.
• Prepare Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR), Program System Review (PSR) slides, and briefings for OSD, HQDA, and PEO IEW&S.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support capability transition to sustainment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of DoD program management or Government technical management experience.
• Deep understanding of DoD Acquisition programs and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes.
• Experience coordinating program updates with Service Headquarters (e.g., HQDA).
• Proven ability to prepare updates for OSD and Congress regarding DoD products.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience managing taskers and maintaining configuration control for official responses.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Practitioner Level Certification in Program Management.
• Experience within the DoD Biometrics community or with Interagency Biometrics stakeholders.
