You will lead acquisition responsibilities and manage the cost, schedule, and performance of product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and milestone events, including Defense Acquisition System decisions.
• Develop risk management mitigation strategies for acquisition and development.
• Prepare Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR), Program System Review (PSR) slides, and briefings for OSD, HQDA, PEO IEW&S, and PM TS.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support capability transition to sustainment.
• Facilitate Product Team meetings, manage agendas, and maintain configuration control for tasker responses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of DoD program management or Government technical management experience.
• Deep experience with DoD Acquisition programs and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes.
• Proven track record coordinating program updates with Service Headquarters (e.g., HQDA) and preparing updates for OSD and Congress.
• Ability to collect and organize data into papers, briefings, and charts for senior leadership decisions.
• Capability to handle short-notice tasks and meet tight suspense requirements.
• Familiarity with OSD, HQDA, and PEO IEW&S reporting requirements.
