Description

You will drive the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions using Snowflake's data platform.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps by conducting customer needs assessments and gap analyses.
• Manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and QA.
• Oversee the implementation of AI/ML solutions to ensure they meet performance standards and user expectations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for Streamlit applications.
• Monitor product performance using metrics and user feedback to implement data-driven enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on AI/ML or data analytics projects.
• Experience working with healthcare and clinical data.
• Proficiency with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in healthcare.
• Experience managing products from initial concept through to launch.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Epic EMR data.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
