Description

You will own the strategy and execution for the AI/NLP platform product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to build scalable platform features.
• Launch new AI/NLP-driven features across omni-channel experiences.
• Support data analytics and KPI instrumentation for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary contact for platform requests and drive team alignment.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in digital product management.
• Strong knowledge of AI and NLP.
• Experience with platform product development.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics.
• Experience with human-centred design and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to build consensus across diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
