You will lead the omnichannel customer experience strategy and drive growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage product vision, roadmap, ROI, and budget.
• Develop strategic vision by analyzing customer needs and market trends.
• Articulate program vision and manage the product backlog and production timelines.
• Coordinate efforts across Marketing, IT, Sales, and Customer Support.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform product direction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience with web customer onboarding processes.
• Experience with web user and account management.
• Proven ability to manage ROI and budgets.
• Experience with Agile deliverables.
• Knowledge of SAFe Product Manager or SAFe Product Owner frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Scaled Agileist (SA) certification.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
