Description

Own the product lifecycle from discovery through continuous release, translating business opportunities into strategic execution plans and driving cross-functional delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define problems during discovery and draft detailed user stories and requirements.
• Plan development sprints, develop UAT plans, and support continuous releases.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure execution against the product roadmap.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicating progress via demos and status updates.
• Identify and monitor success metrics to drive client and business value.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product management or management consulting.
• 5+ years as a Product Manager with direct product ownership in an Agile environment.
• Experience working directly with internal and external engineering teams.
• 2-5 years of experience in the Payments Industry.
• Proficiency with Jira and Clarity PPM.
• Bachelor's degree in information science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
