Description

Own the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery for the maintenance platform, driving integration strategy and operational efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for work order management, inspections, preventive maintenance, and resident communication.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Optimize workflows across scheduling, technician productivity, and automated resident engagement.
• Drive integration strategy for PMS, CRM, and middleware to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to automate workflows and partner with engineering on AI-enabled features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, operations, or platform products.
• Experience building workflow-based products such as work order systems, CRM, or operations platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or automation tools.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled features such as recommendation engines and workflow optimization.
• Experience supporting pilot programs and scaling successful solutions across a portfolio.
