Description

You own the entire product lifecycle from vision definition through iteration and launch.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with business objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Utilize SAFe principles to manage product backlogs, ensuring user stories are well defined and prioritized.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve offerings continuously.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a SAFe Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in Product Management.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology, healthcare, or finance.
• Certification in SAFe or other Agile methodologies.
