You will drive consumer-facing digital products from ideation through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital products through the full lifecycle from ideation to delivery in consumer-facing environments.
• Manage stakeholders and prioritize product backlogs to support business goals.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, actionable plans for engineering teams.
• Make data-driven decisions using product analytics to guide product direction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Domain expertise in hospitality or restaurant sectors, specifically franchise or multi-brand models.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using product analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Proven track record in consumer-facing digital product delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

• CPSO or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in large-scale QSR environments or franchise models.
• Familiarity with omnichannel commerce, tech stack integration, or enterprise platform rollouts.
