Description

You own the entire product lifecycle from vision definition through iteration and launch.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to gather requirements.
• Prioritize features and manage product backlogs using SAFe principles to ensure clear user stories.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve offerings continuously.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology, healthcare, or finance sectors.
• SAFe or other Agile methodology certifications.
