Description

Own the product lifecycle for SAP Commerce Cloud implementations across B2B and B2C channels.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead green field SAP Hybris and Commerce Cloud implementations from requirements to release.
• Conduct requirements elicitation sessions to define EPICs, user stories, and definition of done.
• Analyze industry trends and emerging opportunities to align product strategy with shifting customer expectations.
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to drive alignment and engagement among diverse groups.
• Champion customer experience by building products that directly address identified market needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Hybris implementation.
• Proven track record with B2B and B2C commerce platforms.
• Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience conducting requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate industry trends into actionable product features.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with green field implementations from scratch.
• Background in analyzing customer experience metrics.
