Description

You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for web and mobile products in eCommerce, retail, and logistics domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch across multiple engineering teams.
• Write actionable user stories, define features, and maintain product backlogs.
• Lead sprint planning, product reviews, and retrospectives using agile methodologies.
• Optimize user experiences by analyzing data, market trends, and customer feedback.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven track record managing products in organizations with 100+ employees.
• Experience with agile product management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira and Trello.
• Experience developing, launching, and optimizing websites and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and responsive design principles.
• Domain expertise in eCommerce, retail, or logistics/supply chain.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
