Description

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of Electric Utility Network Operations applications supporting Transmission and Distribution (T&D) operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for utility network operations applications.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating operational needs into product features, epics, and user stories.
• Act as Product Owner for Agile teams, managing and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with utility business stakeholders, engineering teams, operations personnel, and technology partners to deliver solutions.
• Drive improvements in grid reliability, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management within the electric utility sector.
• Deep domain expertise in Electric Utility Transmission & Distribution operations.
• Strong understanding of SCADA, DMS, OMS, ADMS, and DERMS systems.
• Proven ability to translate utility operational needs into technical product requirements.
• Experience leading Agile teams and managing product backlogs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks in utility operations.
