Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2C products, from initial ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap in alignment with company strategy.
• Develop and prioritize product features and requirements by working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Drive the product development process to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify user needs and growth opportunities.
• Translate complex features into quickly testable hypotheses or implementable MVPs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of product management experience specifically with B2C or supply chain products in a startup environment.
• Hardcore data analysis skills with the ability to derive accurate insights from large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured thought process to combine disparate ideas into testable solutions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and influence stakeholders without micromanagement.
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with the ability to iterate quickly.
• B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 college.
