Lead product direction, planning, and execution by bridging technical requirements with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map business ideas and use cases into product requirements, roadmaps, and actionable research plans.
• Decompose high-level features into user stories and guide scrum teams through the software product lifecycle.
• Manage release status, schedule development work, and escalate risks to maintain delivery commitments.
• Analyze product metrics and customer feedback to improve performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to triage defects and provide just-in-time technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products from concept to post-launch.
• Experience managing B2B customer relationships and requirements.
• Proficiency working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work closely with Engineering teams to deliver maintainable products.
• Experience with wireframing, research, and incorporating user feedback into product design.
• Strong ability to prioritize product backlogs and track deliverables against goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Contract Lifecycle products.
