Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own product lifecycle planning across introduction, growth, refresh, transition, and retirement phases.
• Define and prioritize roadmap items, product requirements, and investment priorities for the hardware and firmware portfolio.
• Assess product health, adoption, supportability, and lifecycle risks to maintain a sustainable portfolio.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, marketing, sales, and customer teams to drive product decisions and launch readiness.
• Develop business cases, market insights, and portfolio recommendations to support leadership decisions and annual planning.

Experience:

• Demonstrated ownership of product lifecycle management for hardware-enabled or connected device products.
• Strong understanding of hardware-software integrated products, including technical tradeoffs, supportability, and manufacturing considerations.
• Ability to evaluate product performance, customer demand, and portfolio health to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
• Experience defining requirements, prioritizing features, and supporting product launches with cross-functional teams.
• 8+ years of product management, product owner, or product leadership experience.

Good to Have:

• Agile experience.
• Experience with access management, identity solutions, biometrics, facial recognition, kiosks, NFC, RFID, or access control systems.
• Experience with firmware and mobile app integrated products.
• Healthcare technology or physical identity/access management background.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
