Description

Manage the lifecycle of business solutions by bridging client requirements with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write business user stories, development tasks, and technical documentation to implement solutions.
• Design graphic user interfaces and user journeys to meet client needs.
• Identify production issues and collaborate with project teams to resolve or escalate blockers.
• Coordinate implementation activities and requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, manage agendas, and ensure all action items are documented and tracked.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of product owner experience in eCommerce, marketing, or B2B consulting.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps for requirements management.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical familiarity with Java, SQL, Visual Basic, Drupal, Magento, AEM, Shopify, PHP, or Ruby.
• Advanced skills in Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in complex environments.
• Proven communication skills for interacting with leadership and global delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Telecommunications industry.
• Background working at a digital-first, global delivery agency or consultancy.
• Knowledge of SAFe methodologies.
