Description

Support product line managers through the end-to-end product creation process, ensuring seasonal objectives and key milestones are met.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track product samples for seasonal reviews and coordinate handovers with Design, Merchandising, and Development teams.
• Maintain product management tools, line plans, and seasonal documentation while performing recurring data reconciliation.
• Monitor project timelines, communicate updates, and organize meetings to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
• Support reporting activities, document action items, and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of professional experience in apparel product creation, product management, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and presentation software.
• Experience with sample management and product tracking processes.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
