Description

Own the software product roadmap, managing both technical and functional directions while representing the voice of the customer to guide investments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and prioritize the product backlog.
• Lead grooming and sprint planning sessions with engineering teams.
• Manage capacity and resource planning to optimize development and delivery cycles.
• Communicate product scope, ROI, and technical details to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Align multiple domains to a common vision and execute successful product releases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within the technology industry.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of complex products.
• Strong understanding of SDLC practices and web-based application development.
• Technical familiarity with Web/API development using Java or NodeJS.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in project and product management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Previous software development experience.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
