You will own the product strategy and delivery for Medical or Clinical records products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision to deliver high-impact products.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to align product and platform architecture with the solution roadmap.
• Facilitate agile processes including research planning, capability needs, roadmapping, and release communication.
• Translate stakeholder business needs into requirements and customer-focused acceptance criteria.
• Manage product delivery, budget, and execution obstacles to ensure business goals and quality standards are met.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years in a technical product management role working with Agile development teams through launches and integrations.
• Experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or technical Project Manager role within healthcare or a related environment.
• Background in provider portal or payer space.
• Data-driven product management experience including research, analysis, roadmapping, and KPI development.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar online scrum tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with business stakeholders and technical partners.
• Working knowledge of MS Office systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe framework.
