Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap.
• Write clear, concise, and testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, define sprint goals, and ensure the team is set up for successful delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, designers, QA, and project managers to deliver timely, high-quality product features.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to refine user stories, prioritize backlog items, and monitor product performance.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint execution and iterative delivery.
• Product Owner ownership of backlog, prioritization, and delivery outcomes.
• Ability to define and validate acceptance criteria and ensure delivered work meets quality standards.
• Experience working with Jira/Agile boards and translating roadmap objectives into actionable work.
• CSPO certification (or equivalent) is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Confluence and Jira for backlog management, documentation, and team collaboration.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
