Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own campaign management product strategy, roadmap, and delivery from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Act as a product owner for day-to-day execution: define requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery in Jira.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and manage tradeoffs across business and technical teams.
• Use SQL/NoSQL to validate product behavior, investigate issues, and support reporting and operational analysis.
• Coordinate with IT/operations on Active Directory (AD) support needs that impact product access, integrations, or user workflows.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 7 years of relevant product management/product ownership experience, with strong AdTech campaign management background.
• Product ownership experience (Product Owner) and strong stakeholder management as a Product Manager.
• Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and requirement tracking.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL for querying, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with NoSQL data stores and operational dependencies including Active Directory (AD) support.

Good to Have:

• Campaign management experience in AdTech and exposure to the media industry.
• Product management experience and/or a background transitioning from Product Owner to Product Manager.

Education:  Bachelor's Degree in related field
