Description

You will own product roadmaps and requirements for the electricity distribution domain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze utility user requirements to define product roadmaps and release cycles.
• Provide design insights for UI/UX to improve consumer experiences.
• Drive the creation of user manuals, product brochures, and case studies.
• Conduct customer demos and validate product compliance matrices.
• Monitor roadmap initiatives by liaising with engineering managers.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in the electricity distribution domain.
• Degree in B-Tech.
• Direct experience with AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure).
• Experience working with at least one COTS product in the utility domain (CIS, Billing, or MDMS).
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to manage analyst relationships and conduct market surveys.
• Experience in competitor analysis and roadmap tracking.
