Description

You will manage a software product through end-to-end development and lead the associated team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define product objectives and reverse engineer the path and communications required to meet them.
• Drive progress on issue resolution with minimal supervision, assessing risks and escalating timely.
• Build product plans and secure buy-in across internal teams, government partners, and contractors.
• Lead discussions to determine business and agency needs, capturing integrated technology requirements.
• Manage contract interactions and vendor relationships for large-scale product delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing software products.
• Experience in Salesforce administration or managing a product within a Salesforce environment.
• Proven ability to utilize both waterfall and agile product management and delivery methods.
• Ability to facilitate all aspects of agile and/or waterfall product management.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong ability to communicate technical, UX, and project management trade-offs clearly.
