Own the product strategy and roadmap for platform observability and reliability solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for Dynatrace-based observability platforms.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable product outcomes and business value.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML features including anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical concepts to executives.
• Ensure product alignment with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, reliability, or technical product management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS, including Davis AI, DQL, Grail, and log analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to AIOps, causality, and signal-to-noise optimization.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and large-scale SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC practices.
• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services or regulated enterprise environments.
• Proven executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
