We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst with deep expertise in AI and Intelligent Automation to join our growing team across Latin America. This is a hybrid role that blends strategic product thinking with practical BA skills — you will own the product vision while also rolling up your sleeves to gather requirements, document scope, and work closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements and actionable product roadmaps. Your knowledge of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation platforms will be essential in identifying opportunities, evaluating feasibility, and guiding end-to-end delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives and market opportunities in LATAM.
• Prioritize the product backlog using data-driven frameworks (MoSCoW, impact/effort) balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging AI/automation technologies to inform product decisions.

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and process observation.
• Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
• Define and document project scope, boundaries, assumptions, and constraints in detailed scope statements and SoWs.
• Conduct gap analysis and as-is / to-be process mapping to identify automation and AI integration opportunities.
• Manage requirement traceability matrices (RTMs) to ensure full coverage across development and testing phases.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Identify, evaluate, and champion use cases for AI, ML, NLP, and Intelligent Automation (RPA, IDP, conversational AI) across business units.
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI-powered features, including accuracy, latency, bias, and business KPIs.
• Work with automation CoE and RPA teams on process documentation, and bot lifecycle governance.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product engineering, data, QA, and operations teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Communicate product progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring delivered features meet defined acceptance criteria.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 7+ years of combined experience in Product Management and Business Analysis roles.
• Proven track record delivering AI, ML, or Intelligent Automation products from discovery to production.
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, scope documentation, and stakeholder management on complex projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional distributed teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, LLMs,
• Experience with process mapping/BPMN skills
• Familiarity with Intelligent Automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in documentation tools: Confluence, JIRA, Miro, or equivalent.

Soft Skills & Languages

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to convey complex concepts clearly at all levels.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority across cultures and time zones.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Generative AI tools and LLM-based product development
• Background in industries prevalent in LATAM: healthcare, or Hi-Tech
• Exposure to MLOps practices, data governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
