Own product delivery for financial platform migrations, translating complex logic into technical requirements and driving cross-team execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on Product Owner, managing story writing, backlog ownership, and end-to-end delivery without BA support.
• Translate complex financial logic into clear user stories, process flows, and functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Create and maintain data mapping artifacts, system diagrams, and visual documentation using Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives using JIRA.
• Collaborate with data engineers to validate logic, data structures, and end-to-end flows during platform migration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or systems analysis within financial services or fintech.
• Deep experience working with databases, data mapping, structured data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong fluency with Agile methodologies and JIRA for roadmap delivery.
• Proficiency with Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio for flow diagrams and system architecture.
• Proven ability to work independently with stakeholders to analyze, document, and drive solutions from raw financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Advisor fee billing experience.
