Description

You will lead product discovery and user problem identification to define what we build. You will manage the transition of 0 to 1 products from initial concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Execute product discovery phases to validate features against user needs and market conditions.
• Identify and define the right products or features through rigorous discovery processes.
• Work directly with technical teams to translate discovery findings into actionable development paths.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new products from concept to launch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven track record of launching 0 to 1 products.
• Expertise in product discovery and user problem identification.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical engineering teams.
• Strong strategy and teamwork skills.
• Experience validating product approaches based on market conditions.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the retail sector.
• Knowledge of the grocery industry.
